All about the role:
Do you have an analytical mindset and is curiosity in your DNA? Do you understand Purchasing, Supply Chain or Manufacturing processes? And are you energized by travelling the world and meeting leaders and experts?
We are now looking for an internal auditor to join our Operations Internal Audit team. Your mission will be to help Electrolux achieve its strategic objectives by performing audits across the Group. You will partner with global leaders as well as the regional functions across the world. You will define key risks. You will conduct audits in an independent way, leveraging the best of people and technology.
You will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm, but your field of responsibility spans our worldwide operations, and you will be travelling frequently to Electrolux offices all around the world. You will report to the Internal Audit Manager CX & Operations.
What you'll do:
As part of a team of functional experts in Group Internal Audit, you will stay in tune with the latest developments both internally and externally. You will review risk areas for errors, waste and fraud within Operations processes. You will formulate audit work programs and lead assignments to evaluate processes, in order to give independent assurance and provide actionable insights for driving improvement. Part of your regular activities will also be to monitor data, identify risks and perform risk assessment activities to build the internal audit plan for the Operations area.
In detail, you will:
• Lead and execute audit assignments that result in documented assurance about the integrity of our processes
• Interface with leadership across Electrolux to present the audit plan, discuss findings and insights, and review progress of open issues
• Participate in the risk assessment activities to identify what should be audited and how, through interviews, data analysis and audit history
• Perform periodic testing to assess the operating effectiveness of internal controls
• Drive projects to improve the internal audit process
Qualifications:
• Academic degree (preferably in business, economics or similar)
• 3 years of relevant work experience (primarily in purchasing, manufacturing, finance or audit)
• Data analytics skills (experience in tools such as Qlik, PowerBI or Tableau)
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
• Ability to travel
