hela Sverige Experis Finance is currently looking for a Senior Financial Accountant for our client Novartis, which has its Office in Täby. The assignment is under parental leave, will start in February and last approximately 1 year.
Work Description
You will be part of the Financial Service Center at Novartis and be responsible for Novartis Finland Oy (their Finnish subsidiary). The key responsibilities will be:
* Manage and execute on monthly reporting/closings with data integrity, on a timely and accurate basis as well as ensuring up to date internal controls
* Deliver divisional comment reporting, balance sheet review and quarterly divisional review timely and to divisional standards
* Plan, manage and execute on preparation of statutory accounts working with internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure timely and correct reporting of direct and indirect tax, different statistics reporting etc.
* Participating in different projects
Your background
You have an education in Finance and a minimum of 5 years ' experience in an autonomous role as a Finance Accountant or equivalent. You 've apart from very good knowledge of Swedish and English also fluent in Finnish skills in both spoken and written. If you have an understanding of Finnish accounting it is a plus.
As a person to fit in this role, you are self-propelled, responsible, thorough and structured in your work. You can handle varied tasks and has no problems to handle things quickly and run your own work forward and to solve varoius problems. Your communication skills are also very good and you can work well with different people within the company.
