OM TJÄNSTEN
We are looking for an electrical engineer with a background in high-voltage testing. The role is based in an advanced test center with a focus on product testing of valve cooling and related technology for HVDC Classic. You will be responsible for monitoring, preparing, and maintaining test equipment, as well as ensuring that all testing meets required quality standards.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Work tasks
• Perform and monitor tests of HVDC Classic components (e.g., valves, valve cooling, insulation systems)
• Conduct testing related to capacity, temperature resistance (both heat and cold), as well as electrical and thermal performance
• Maintain and develop laboratory test equipment
• Analyze test results and provide technical expertise in evaluations
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• You who holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education considered relevant by our client
• Someone with several years of documented experience in testing/verification within HVDC Classic (LCC, thyristor technology)
• Who brings practical experience in high-voltage testing, type testing and routine testing in a laboratory or test center
• Someone with a solid understanding of electrical and thermal stresses on power components
• Advanced English skills, both spoken and written
Meritorious qualifications:
• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
• Experience from international projects or large industrial companies
• Knowledge of testing methods and standards within high-voltage technology
