hela Sverige You will be part of the European Travel and Human Resources Purchasing team within the Indirect Product and Services Purchasing organization and you will be in charge of Company Cars segment. This segment needs to deliver high standards when it comes to quality and cost which requires an extensive knowledge of financing system, fleet management and automotive industries.
As Commodity buyer, you will be responsible for all purchasing activities. You will be the full owner of your portfolio and you will have the opportunity to handle all the varied tasks of the role from sourcing up to supplier selection and agreement signature including strategic reasoning.

Responsibility:
• Drive the sourcing activities for your purchasing portfolio
• Negotiate challenging price and legal agreements
• Select and set the supplier base for your area of responsibility
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with our suppliers
• Work in close cooperation with all buyers in the same segments in order to contribute to the global strategy
• Lead innovative solution inside the company in a total cost of ownership approach
• Drive changes in purchasing processes and stakeholders behavior
• Close tracking of supplier performance
• Closely monitor market developments and the best practices available in the market
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal cross functional stakeholders

Profile:
• Double Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering and Administration
• 3/5 years' experience in Purchasing
• Solid Expertise in company cars markets (minimum 3 years)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• High energy and passion for performance
• Holistic view
• Multitasking
• Dare taking initiative / autonomous
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamplayer / Open minded
• Sense of responsibility
• Skilled in transversal activities and decision anchoring
• Excellent English is a must
