Calling all Senior Business Intelligence Analysts with a passion for making a positive impact! Join our dynamic team at Greenpeace Nordic. We are seeking an analyst to elevate campaign effectiveness, oversee task assignments based on business needs, and provide invaluable insights to achieve our strategic aims. Leadership, innovation, and strategic thinking are key. Revamp systems, measure impact, and effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.

About us
Greenpeace is a global network of campaigning organisations, working for a green and peaceful future. As a Fundraising department our key responsibility is to maximise income from individual donors by inspiring and engaging them through building effective committed relationships. As part of Greenpeace's values we do not accept money from governments, corporations or political parties. We aim to ensure a cost effective, ethical and sustainable fundraising base to meet the needs of Greenpeace in the Nordic region.

About the role
As a key member of the CRM, Automation, and Intelligence Unit, your role will be vital in managing and utilising data systems to foster rewarding and successful relationships with Greenpeace Nordic supporters. You will play a crucial part in enabling data-driven decision-making and maximising the lifetime value of supporter relationships. Your role will be a key resource for all departments seeking insights on their effectiveness, particularly in campaign design and results. You'll design and deliver various forms of information to enhance fundraising, program efforts, and overall campaign performance. Your ability to grasp our goals, measure efficiency, and provide continuous insights will drive improvements and help us achieve our objectives. Additionally, you'll lead the task assignment process, aligning team responsibilities with work plans and business needs while providing support and oversight to ensure successful outcomes.

About you

• Passion for the environment and a strong commitment to the aims and values of Greenpeace.

• BSc. / Masters in Computer Science or Business, or related degree with equivalent work experience.

• Preferably five years experience in Business Intelligence analysis, with documented experience using BI solutions (Civis, Qlickview etc), decision support systems, OLAP technology, and multi-dimensional data.

• Experience using an RDBMS (MySQL and Redshift), and must be highly proficient in query languages, especially SQL.

• Strong project management and communication skills that enable you to work with cross-functional stakeholders in different time zones, countries and regions.

• Tech-savvy and data-driven mindset combined with a good understanding of the business aspects of non-profit organisations.

• Able to effectively switch between strategic advice and hands-on execution.

• Fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of another Nordic language/s is an advantage.
