We are looking for a Senior Agency Manager/Agency Manager to join the Loan Agency Team in Sweden. This is an opportunity for you to work in a highly experienced team in an international environment.

About this opportunity
You will represent a syndicate of lenders and be the driver and advisor for all documentation related matters in new and existing transactions. We add value by efficient collaboration with our colleagues in Large Corporates & Institutions to meet our world leading customers' demands for first-class products and to ensure efficient execution in this fast paced and multi-jurisdictional sector. As Agency Manager, you will play a valuable role in a team ensuring high quality service to customers, international institutions and stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
* Acting as agent for a portfolio of syndicated loans with day to day communication with lenders and borrowers
* Working on the online platform Debtdomain for communicating with the syndicates
* Organising lender meetings on behalf of the borrower or lenders
* Reviewing and advising on documentation and coordinating closings
* Working in a team gaining a holistic knowledge of the life cycle of a syndicated loan
You will join a global team of highly specialized and experienced professionals. The role is based in Stockholm.

Your experience and background:
* Capacity and ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound business judgement and high ethical standards.
* +5 years' experience from working with LMA documentation (Senior Agency Manager)
* Great end to end lending value chain understanding (Senior Agency Manager)
* Bachelor or Master degree
* Great communication and relationship skills
* Excellent skills in written and spoken English and Swedish
