hela Sverige We now have an open position at our office in Kista. We are looking for a self-driven, service minded Sales Support Analyst to primarily support the Sales Managers with analysis, and follow-up regarding customer sales development.
Handling Argus our CRM system and our tender system for foodservice. Furthermore, you might be involved in supporting the Country Manager and our Category Managers in different task regarding pricing and analysis.
As a Sales Support Analyst you will be working closely to our sales force of Santa Maria, an result-oriented and can do attitude sales force. You will start in an organization in high spirit, selling a leading brand in a fast moving market. Santa Maria is focus on sales, innovation and product development and you will be a vital part to enhance our total impact on the Swedish market ? we always put the customer first.
Your first challenge will be to learn and make the sales force embrace our CRM-system ? a great opportunity for a person with interest in developing and enhancing your sales analytical skill and your total understanding in the FMCG market.
You will have day-to-day contact with our salesforce and sales managers Retail and Foodservice.
To succeed at this position you need to be a service-oriented with good ability to organize and prioritize. We believe that you have strong analytical skills and enjoy working in a position where you need to communicate with people clearly, concisely and with a high level of integrity. Responsibilities
• Administrative tasks in our CRM - system, Argus, our tender system and Microsoft AX, and give support and training to the country organisation
• Create and maintain standard price list and secure that prices are in the registered into the CRM system
• Secure that price increases are implemented
• Monthly report summary to country manager and sales manager.
• Sales Support to Key Account Managers, Country Manager, Category Manager
• CRM Reports to Key Account Manager
• Office-support
Qualifications
• University degree in marketing, sales or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years of experience from sales and marketing within FMCG
• Solid knowledge in the MS Office suite, knowledge in Microsoft AX and Argus is an advantage.
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
