Sales Automation Lead
We are looking for someone that loves sales automation to join our sales team as we expand the base of happy customers at Unomaly. As sales automation lead, you will work with the most modern approaches to sales development at a company that works in-depth in cutting edge machine learning techniques in critical IT environments. We love process and automation and have already constructed our sales efforts to absolutely depend on this.

What you will work with
Be an integral part of, and work tightly in our sales team to understand our customers' needs and demands.
Take responsibility and be the driving force of accelerating our sales development efforts.
Make full use of market/sales automation tools, develop our own tools and integrations in our technical platforms as well as public platforms.
We work a lot with automated outbound communication and you would work closely with our sales development representatives to create new leads.
You will work precisely in the very intimate connection between automation and human interaction with our potential and existing customers, making sure that all of them get the attention they should get.
As lead for sales automation, you will be responsible for being the accelerating and leveraging force in all stages of the sales processes.
Your results will be shown in scaling and accelerating customer lead generation, ultimately affecting the bottom line of the company.

Who we are looking for
We are strong believers in the scaling effects of automation, you are too.
You love taking responsibility and make things happen.
You address challenges head on and don't duck out of technical challenges in automation efforts, you make your own tweaks to get to results.
You are analytical, have a serious eye for details and is strategic and tactical in your work and recognize that timing matters in automation.
You iterate your way to success and understand the importance of it.
Experience in market/sales automation tools is a definite must and you are knowledgeable about the positive and negative aspects of the tools out there.
Experience in the understanding of B2B selling is a definitive plus.
You must be able to work out of our Stockholm offices.
