Gynius is an Innovative healthcare medical device manufacturer based in Stockholm, Sweden with a global market for Gynaecology diagnostics and software applications. We are a very friendly, well-motivated sale, marketing and production team.

Entrepreneurial-minded individual who is comfortable playing an integral role in many facets of the business, including sales, marketing and product development Understand our sales potential in each market and drive sales through our distribution partners. Lead them to success by setting expectations in terms of business planning, communication, marketing, promotion and achieving agreed upon sales targets. Perform business reviews with distributors and compile data of competitive activity and pricing. Prepare and analyse sales trends, identify market and customer requirements and communicate sales information from distributors to management on a regular basis. Perform customer and market visits on a frequent basis both in person and through videoconferencing sales calls. Educate distributor personnel on Gynius and portfolio of products, provide training on how to sell and promote, creating specific sales tactics for each channel by utilizing our assortment of product and displays. Liaison with the production and marketing departments to provide sales forecasts for specific customers and assist in the submission and approval process of localized marketing and promotional materials. Ability to get things done in a highly cross functional environment Strong team player at all levels of organization

Minimum 4 year college degree. Minimum 2 year sales experience, preferably in export sales. Prior experience in establishing International distribution preferred. Very strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence and negotiate. Good analytical skills, experience with MS-Office suite. 2nd language fluency is required. Fluent in spoken and written English. Moderate International travel required (20%), ability to travel overseas for 1-2 week periods, and the ability to adapt to foreign cultures and working environments.
