About the roleOur Sales Enablement Manager plays an important role in optimizing oursales team's performance by developing and enabling tools, andprocesses that increase efficiency and effectiveness. This position isresponsible for creating and delivering training programs, managing salescontent, and ensuring our sales team has the necessary resources tosucceed in our competitive marketplace.
Responsibilities
Training & Development: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensivesales training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, andperformance of our sales team. Establish and promote sales best practices and ensure training is aligned with ourbusiness goals and sales objectives.
Content Management: Develop and maintain a global storage of salesmaterials, including case studies, product information, onboarding material,and sales scripts.Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales andmarketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, lead generationactivities, and content creation.
Sales Onboarding: Develop and execute onboarding plans and material for new sales hiresensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed from day one.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
1-2 years of experience as atrainer for sales teams, preferably in the tech industry.
Highly organized individual with experience in project management.
Can effectively teach with a pedagogical approach andremarkable patience.
Excellentcommunication skills in fluent English.
Bonus points forknowledge of Software Asset Management/software licensing.
