Work Description
We are looking for a Sales Assistant for one of our clients, a Medical Company located in Solna, Stockholm. The work consists of Quality Data Processing: Majority of workload will involve data-inputting. Work must be understandable and accurate with high attention to detail in a fast pace environment. The work tasks include:
• Suspended orders, including (but not limited to) investigation, reporting, obtaining approvals in accordance with Delegation of Authority.
• General Offers / Quotations: creation of general offer documents based on Sales requests and in line with pre-approved pricing structures. Handling any exceptions including gathering of approvals. Create new customer accounts where applicable.
• Tenders: Responsible for all activities related to Tenders including following local legislation, preparing and submitting documents, coordinating activities with other departments and reporting on tender activities.
• Responsible for backlog reporting; offers, contracts, tenders, price expiry and any other required activity.
• Process customer rebate claims in a timely fashion in line with global policy.
• Pricing credits: to investigate customer claims for overcharging on invoiced price and approve/reject as appropriate.
• Consistent, standard, customer facing: effective communication at all times with both internal and external customers
• Complaint Resolution: dealing with telephone queries and complaints
• Productivity: high volume data input & transactional environment
• Teamwork: involvement and co-operation within team and externally
• Contribution to Process Improvement: flexibility to change with culture, processes and departmental requirements
• Customer Care Excellence: providing highest level of customer support at all times, providing back-up to any Customers Services function

Who are you?
You have at least one year of experience in a similar position for example in order management. You also have an educational background in the area and in statistics preferable. A demand is that you are fluent in either Norwegian or Danish and as well in English. You have a good understanding of price setting, offer management or tendering in a corporate environment. Your computer skills are high, and you have extensive experience in Excel and working with formulas. It is also important that you can establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect. As a person you drive for results, you are motivated to achieve work goal and quantifiable business results. Further on you are adaptable, creative in problem-solving and can generate new and valuable ideas and effective solutions to difficult problems. Last but not least you are good at interpersonal relationships and have the ability and desire to co-operate, collaborate and partner with others.
