Description of role
RxEye connect customers to the platform to enable them to send images for remote reading (buyers of remote reading services) or get access to a worklist to perform the remote reading (providers of remote reading services).
The customer project manager is a key role for turning a sales contract into successful operations of using the RxEye webbservice and a satisfied customer. This includes supporting sales representatives in the sales process before the contract is signed to ensure a successful setup and help out with demonstrations of the webbservice.
The Customer project manager will coordinate all activities and work with technical suppliers for integration, users and RxEye operations to initially set up the customer. The person will also work long term with the customers to introduce new ways of using RxEye, understand the customers need and ensure that RxEye will be part of their daily operations.
The customer project manager will also specify and feedback any customer requirements to RxEye development team.
The customer project Manager will spend time at customer sites around Sweden and other Nordic countries.
RxEye is a start-up company and the person will be involved in other activities when needed, such as fairs.
Responsibilities
Managing connections of new customers
• Create and communicate project plan with all stakeholders (technical suppliers, users, RxEye operations & support etc)
• Set up users in RxEye online services and perform initial testing
• Introduce customer to RxEye online service and perform training of users
• Define and document best practice for connecting customers (process, checklists etc) and create training material (presentations, video)
Customer maintenance
• Continuously work with customers and RxEye sales rep to increase usage of RxEye online service and make sure that customer is satisfied
• Log, follow up and resolve any issues
Sales support
• Attend sales meetings to provide demonstrations and support in the set up of customer projects before contract is signed
Manage customer requirements
• Specify new functionality and feedback to development team
• Perform acceptance testing of technical platform when new functionality is released
Skills & knowledge
Must have
• Project management
• Pedagogical
• Structured, organised with high self esteem
• Good way of handling customers
• Ability to understand functionality in IT applications and translate that into business benefits for customers
• Communication skills (Swedish, English)
• Health care experience
Nice to have
• Experience within image medicine
• Technical knowledge, especially integration issues
