Are you eager to work in an international setting, driving business development and delivering results? Then this may be the role for you! ROL Intelligent Office (RIO) is now recruiting a driven and devoted Sales Manager BU Norway.

As our Sales Manager BU Norway you will become an important part of RIO organizations, where you play a vital role in shaping our future success with a clear goal to continue to scale-up and grow our business and market positions. You will take lead in the launch of RIO in a new market. You will do market assessments, launch preparations, explorations and evaluations, as well as realizations to escalate our growth and drive our business development further.
ABOUT THE POSITIONThis is a permanent and fulltime position based in either Oslo or Bergen. You will be traveling quite frequently, approximately 60-80 days per year. You report to our Sales Director of RIO (HQ) in Sweden.
In general, your main tasks include:

• Build up a Network of Partners/Reseller in Norway. Implement, scale-up and develop our Sales/Revenue in accordance with our targets and strategies.
• Secure business understanding through implementation of educational plan to Resellers and Partners of RIO 's various product portfolio and build up support functions to ensure high service level and quality.
• Work closely with the RIO team to optimize, develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure that ROL 's guidelines and policies are followed and that local partners performs and implement activities in accordance with agreed KPIs.
• Secure that Sales requirements are met.

Further, you need to:

• Follow-up and analyze sales from local Reseller/Partners, for monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Work closely with RIO 's Steering Team and product development department to ensure optimized portfolio after local consumer demand is collected.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this position, you have a successful track record of building up new business and launching products/concepts in Furniture Contract market and/or Facility Management (B2b). You have approximately 5-7 years international experience within Furniture Industry and with a strong interest in new business development, performance and fully understands Activity Based Office way of thinking in a modern Office. Naturally, you can give us impressive examples of delivering strong results in similar business settings.
In addition, you also have:

• Strategic capability and an understanding of key business drivers.
• Good knowledge and experience of Software systems/IT development/products.
• Successful track record of negotiating large contracts/projects.
• Efficient and strong experience in assessment to launch execution.
• Excellent, clear and inspiring presentations- and communication skills.
• Academic degree in Business or equivalent.
• Fluent English is mandatory, speaking/reading other languages is an advantage.
• A driver license and a car.
