Our unit Lund is currently working with mmWave HW design for Ericsson's 5G products. We are looking for a senior RF/Microwave HW designer to develop our next generation mmWave products.

Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design and simulations. You will also be working Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams.

Responsibilities:

Perform continuous requirement handling.
Develop and test high quality RF/mmWave HW.
Perform trouble shooting and customer support
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
Develop competence in your technical domain

Key Qualifications:

Ms. SC electrical engineering or equivalent.
Min 7 years of relevant experience.
Domain experience: RF/Microwave HW design, HW test and validation, Simulations and schematics and PCB design tools.
Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
Business understanding
Working with people and networking
Innovating, adapting and responding to change
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Planning and Organizing
