RISE participates in and manages many successful research and industrial projects and now needs an additional researcher in printed and cellulose-based electronics.
About the position
For our business in printed and organic electronics in Norrköping, we are looking for an experienced researcher with focus on printed and cellulose based electronics. The work includes active participation in research and development of components and systems, and you are expected to be able to take a role where you interact with external partners and drive your own and common goals forward. The work spans the whole range from fundamental research to the realization of demonstrators and prototypes and you will also be involved in seeking funding for new projects. We would like our senior experts to participate in the experimental and laboratory work. The position is temporary starting from September 1st or as agreed.
Your background
We believe that you have a solid academic background and that you have a PhD in any area that is relevant to the position. You should have a strong interest in printed electronics and electronics based on cellulose. Good knowledge of written and spoken English is necessary, as we work in an international environment. It is of merit if you have experience in using analytical methods such as AFM, SEM, FTIR, DSC and TGA.

We are looking for someone who likes to work with others in project form. You should be entrepreneurial, goal-oriented and responsible. In order to succeed in the role, we also see that you have an ambition to develop your own business in the long term and that you have the ability to run and manage your own projects at RISE. This assumes that you are well-organized and capable of communicating.
