Job Description:
You will be working in Sweden and refer to the Commercial Director in Denmark.
Responsibilities:
• Management of the annual budget of sales and their achievement of objectives in Sweden.
• Market plan and preparation of going to market.
• Scheduling and Management of sales of products and services.
• Acquisition of new and management of existing clients.
• Analysis and adjustment of service for maximum customer satisfaction
• Contract management, preparation and review of enquired offers
• Develop awareness of market trends and competitor activity within the industry
• Input for future-oriented ideas for new products and services from market
Desired Skills & Experience:
Great experience in sales from a similar position, passion for sales and customer service, is needed. You are business-oriented and have an educational background that supports your business knowledge. You could have a university degree in economics, business administration, marketing, industrial engineering or equivalent. Experience in marketing and project management is desirable.
Customer-oriented, independent, energetic, and ability to work in a team. Strong networking ability, high confident, high sense of responsibility, results focused and outstanding communication skills.
High performance, dedication and willingness to call potential customers. Native speaking Swedish and fluent English is a needed skill, command of other languages is an advantage.
Experience from CRM, Telemarketing or Telecom will be an advantage.
