GC is one of the world's largest suppliers of dental products and has its head office in Tokyo. The company has just over 2,300 employees around the world and four production plants in Japan, USA, China and Europe. The company supplies more than 600 different products for dentists and dental laboratories from brands including Fuji, Gradia, G-aenial and Initial.

GC is now seeking a Regional Manager who can maintain and develop the Swedish and Norwegian dental markets. You are being offered an independent position with customer contacts in the dental care sector. You will be responsible for our current dealers and together with our local sales representatives you are responsible for building the sales with both new and well-established products.

You will be working with high quality products and solutions which are market leaders within their respective segments.

Your main areas of responsibilities include:
• Develop and drive sales and marketing in Sweden and Norway with the goal of achieving sales targets.
• Effective regional administration and management of the organization where close hand support is not always available.
• Forecast, plan and launch of new products together with dealers.
• Strong and positive leadership for three experienced sales representatives stationed around Sweden.
• Maintain dealer contact and handle dealer contracts & negotiations.
• Forecast sales & costs budgets together with your manager.
• Monitor and lead tender processes.
• Participating in customer activities and trade fairs across the Nordic region.

Who are you?

We are looking for a person with strong sales skills with a high drive and initiative who can analyse and understand the different markets. You are well organized by nature and understand the purpose of administration and keeping deadlines. You are an ambassador for GCN in the region and able to build & maintain good relations with both dealers, key opinion leaders and costumers. Along with your strong sales skills, you want to grow your leadership skills and marketing knowledge. If you have any dental knowledge it will be an advantage but not a requirement.

We work with clear results and activity targets so you need to be result-orientated and self-driven with good analytical and administrative capabilities. You are expected to work proactively through independent planning and structuring your work. You must be an able communicator and willing to initiate and maintain contacts.
You will be working in a creative and positive international environment with a high degree of responsibility and own initiative. This position involves continuous customer visits and activities, so you must be prepared to work irregular hours, travel and stay overnight in hotels as part of your work.

You should be able to communicate well both orally and in writing in both a Nordic language and in our corporate language, English. A driver's license is a necessary requirement and you must be an experienced PC and MS Office user.

This is a full-time position, and you must live in Sweden in one of the bigger cities and be able to work from home office. Over time there will be possibilities to grow within the organization.
You will report to the CEO of GC Nordic AB based in Denmark and work closely with the management team from the Nordic countries.
