Vi söker nu:

Student of accounting/ business economics for part time job
(8 to 12 hours/week)

Supporting the Economy department of ThyssenKrupp Elevator Sverige AB, the Swedish subsidiary of German based multi-national ThyssenKrupp Elevator AG on a part-time basis for an average of 8 - 12h per week (might differ due to work load and will be more during the summer as summer replacement is intended) is a wide-spread and challenging responsibility for a student who wants to get practical work experience from first hand.

ThyssenKrupp Elevator AG is one of the top world-leading companies for manufacturing, installing and servicing elevators (Hiss), Escalators and moving walkways (Rulltrappor and Rullband), airport boarding bridges and accessibility products.

The position comprises

1. Support in monthly accounting procedures

2. Support in Reporting with Hyperion Software and other reporting tools/activities

3. Preparation of Excel-based support tools to streamline the processes within the economy department

4. Summer replacement of activities within the economy department

Qualifications/ Requirements
• Strong abilities with Microsoft Office products (esp. Excel)
• Ideally already some Practical Business Experience (besides the studies)
• Knowledge of accounting and reporting regulations (based on studies or practical experience)
• Knowledge of Accounting packages (e.g. Scala) and Reporting packages (e.g. Hyperion) or being prepared to learn new software
• Good command of English
• Team player within the Economy department
• Ability to take over responsibility for individual tasks (including summer replacement)
