Your role at Intertek
As a recruiter at our Kista headquarters, you'll be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts. Here's what you'll be up to:
Manage successful "end-to-end" recruitment together with our managers, from creating job ads to making hires
Identifying the right channels for the right staff groups and search for top talent

The role involves becoming part of our HR team during a parental leave until August 2025.
Who are you?
We're looking for someone with a couple of years of experience in competency-based recruitment, ideally for skilled roles in medtech, engineering, or other similar fields. Here's what we'd also love to see:
A bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent
Proven success in searching for candidates, especially on LinkedIn, experience in international search is advantageous
A drive to deliver high-quality recruitment with a great candidate experience
Excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing

As a person, you have a proactive and solution-oriented personality with the confidence to communicate at different levels. You are organized and results-oriented with the ability to negotiate and present your case in a humble and unpretentious manner. We also see that you are an administrative star who is skilled at managing multiple processes simultaneously.
