hela Sverige Adiga Recruitment is working with a supplier that needs to hire a new Quality Manager within the Automotive Industry placed in Gothenburg.
Role
• Responsible to carry out assigned duties according to relevant legislation and company guidelines and policies.
• Within the current authorization rules, use ncessesary resources to fulfil the assignment.
• Coordinate work with escalation of PPAC according to company routines.
• Set goals and targets for the department.
• Secure that all HS&E-related risks in the department are identified.
• Secure corrective actions to minimize HS&E-related risks and incidents.
• Secure that all employees in the department are working according to current HS&E-legislation and company guidelines and policies.
• Management representative for quality issues (ISO/TS 16 949) and the integrated management system.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible to create, maintain and follow-up on the processes, functions, routines and results of the Quality Department.
• Member of the plant management team, responsible to take an active part in the work with the plant management.
• Responsible for a constructive and sincere dialogue with customers and suppliers with regards to quality and support to/from the plant.
• Responsible for the approval of incoming and outgoing PPAP, thereby securing a flow to/from the plant free from incorrect products.
• Responsible to secure that incoming material meets the current specifications.
• Responsible to keep the budget for the department and to communicate with plant controller and finance department in any issues deviating from budget.
• Responsible to formulate, communicate and lead the work with the plants quality targets, strategies and visions.
• Responsible to document, communicate and lead the work with the plant quality system.
• Responsible to plan and conduct PMP with all employees in the department and to promote the development of future leaders within the department.
• Responsible for observance of current legislation and company guidelines and policies for all subordinates.
• Responsible to take an active part in the work with the plant MOS
Qualifications
• Certified to master level within Engineering.
• Experience of working within a high volume, automotive manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team.
• Managerial, technical & administrative skills required
• Should be fully conversant with automotive quality tools and systems; these should include TS16949, QS9000, ISO14001
• Excellent organisational and communicational skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
