Role description
• Manage and lead the project and to secure that the project delivery is according to the expectations, fulfill to meet the Operations requirements by being in charge of scope, time, cost and quality.
Gate opening on time and to meet the targeted QDCF.
• Secure effective cooperation with the concerned stakeholders across Volvo Group.
• Lead and govern the project team within GTO and then also be an active member of the crossfunctional project team lead by a CPM.
To organize and manage resources in project or sub-project within a certain business area to meet defined scope, deliverables, time and cost constrains.
Requirements
• Education/training Bachelor of Science degree
• Project Management experience - Language
• Excellent skills in Swedish both written and spoken Excellent skills in English both written and spoken
• Personal Competences Ability to work independently Ability to plan and prioritize Ability to lead but also at the same time be a part of a project team Analytical from a holistic point of view
Strong communication skills Strong networking capabilities with skills of introducing new products into the production systems.
Social competence- Ability to manage and lead team Strong interpersonal capabilities, courage and integrity.
Target-oriented with a strong drive for results Focus on deliveries and meeting deadlines
