In 2022 The Green Dairy Innovation AB was formed as a daughter company to The Green Dairy. With this move we want to emphasize the importance of innovation and secure our ambitions to be in the forefront of product development and strategic innovation to support existing and new customers.
In order to proceed with our ambitious plans, we are looking to enlarge our Innovation team with a new co-worker. The scope
Lead entire innovation/product development projects and project team end-to-end for plant-based liquid formulations.
Accountable for project delivery:
• Project planning
• Establishing and following timetables and key deliverables
• Practical work on laboratory, pilot-plant and factory levels
• Keep control of project budget
• Project documentation:
o Project plan
o Reporting
o Business cases
o Etc.
• Project Communication
• Networking internally and externally with key stakeholders
Who you are
• Senior experience in driving complex global product development /innovation projects preferably with experience from the plant-based dairy, dairy or food industry.
• Good food chemistry knowledge, liquid formulations, emulsions and/or similar.
• Good understanding and practice from food processing and preferably fermentation.
• Used to work both hands-on in projects as well as on a theoretical and strategic level.
• Interested in plant-based food, health and sustainability
• Interested in learning new things and learning about circular food businesses.
• Used to work independently
• Good business understanding
• The ability to see the whole picture
• Good in networking
• Good communication skills
• Structured
• Good in setting up and keeping time-plans
• Used to working with innovation in a constantly changing environment.
Desired background
• We see that you have an academic background preferably in food chemistry and food engineering or similar.
• Product development and project leader experience for at least 5 years from complex/international environment preferably from the food industry.
• Earlier employments at FMCG or supplier companies is a plus.
• Preferably you have some economy studies or a proven business understanding.

Full time
Location: Karlshamn 3-5 days per week.
2 days/week flexible job location. We also have office spaces in Malmö at Triangeln and at Ideon in Lund.
