hela Sverige You will provide project management and leadership to global cross-functional teams assigned to evaluate and execute new product development and launches, major line extensions or new product claims. You will manage on average 3-5 projects concurrently.
Your main duties will be:
• Lead the projects and the core teams according to new product development process, NPD.
• Lead and facilitate project team meetings, including agendas, meeting minutes, action items, financial forecasts etc.
• Communicate project status both within and beyond the project teams including to Senior Management
• Maintain project documentation and project sharepoint sites
• Identifie and help to implement, project management and NPD process improvements

Qualification:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical degree is desirable)
• Minimum of five years of relevant industry experience, within consumer healthcare or consumer products area
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and presenting to senior level executives
• Demonstrated project management experience and strong organization skills
• Good presentation techniques and team building skills
• Computer proficiency, preferably hands-on experience with Ms Project or equivalent project planning software
• Good written and oral communications in English are essential
