In this position, we offer you an exciting opportunity to work in a prioritized and complex area within the organisation, and gain more valuable knowledge about banking.
The position we offer
As a Project Lead you will be taking the lead in one of our initiatives for regulatory reporting, such as such as Basel, IFRS 9 etc.
You will be part of our Deliverables team, consisting of Project Managers and IT Analysts.
In this role, you will first be offered an introduction period to learn more about the environment we are working in, and thereafter you will be placed in any of the lead positions.
During this period you will work with the whole project flow; specifying requirements and high level design, follow the change requests thru the development flow. You will prepare and run system tests and integration tests. You will work close with business partners, and get an introduction to program governance and Project Management Office (PMO).
You will become a key player in the Project Management, and you will grow into any of the following positions: Deployment Lead, Program Lead or Development lead. Which position, depends on your background and interest.
In Credit Risk & Genereal Ledger IT Solutions, our technical solution includes the whole flow from sourcing, calculating to reporting. We have approximately 30 employees and 130 consultants, both local and offshore, working with the IT-platform.
Our teams consist of very skilled and delivery oriented people, and together we have a tight working relation.
We have monthly releases with the aim to continuous improve our solutions, and we are in the process of working more agile.
The position is based in Stockholm.
The qualifications you need
We are looking for you who are a true team player and delivery oriented, with strong leading skills. You are open to work in an international environment and are eager to learn "bank" credit terms.
In order to succeed in the role, we believe that you have following professional qualifications:
A couple of years' experience in IT, including management, perhaps from a consultant role. A higher IT or Economic education. Good business understanding. English skills on professional level, both spoken and written.
We are working in a multinational environment with cross-border colleagues and outsourcing partners, and therefore previous experience from a similar environment will be considered as an advantage.
Furthermore, we believe that you have following personal qualifications:
A well organized approach, and you work productively in an environemt where focus on delivering according to deadlines is essential. High cognitive skills, and can work with complex issues. Ambitious goals, where you are motivated by exploring different roles in order to develop your skills and knowledge. A positive attitude, also during busy days. Competencies in building relationships and good communications skills.
