About the assignment
We are now looking for a bilingual Swedish and English speaking project assistant to join our client and their team to play a vital role in servicing and supporting their project managers. In the position you will work with a dynamic team in a high-paced working environment. You will have both external and extensive internal contacts with managers for different projects. Communication must be pro-active, fast and accurate. Your main work tasks responsibilities include administrative tasks. You are assisting personnel with summarizing and handling data in Excel and check with other systems and tools that these numbers are correct.
About you
To be successful in this position you need to be a good communicator and have an excellent command in English, both written and verbal. It is a requirement that you have previous work experience from administrative work tasks and that you have worked with Excel and Pivot-tables. As a person you need to be cooperative and detail-oriented. You can work independently and together with others towards set goals. You have excellent communication and networking skills and a passion for service. You possess the ability to take initiatives and drive for changes.
About the employment
The employment as a project assistant will be as a consultant assignment with start immediately. The employment will be within Adecco Sweden. The assignment will last for 6 months with good possibilities to extend.
