What we search?
We are looking for senior consultants and coaches for different projects worldwide.
• Branch experience as consultant, coach, trainer or former professional activities in retail or wholesale of a car manufacturer. Preferable especially after sales experience.
• Comprehensive and verifiable competencies concerning consultancy and coaching.
• Experiences in leadership / project management.
• Preferable German or further languages in business fluent.
What will be your tasks?
• Development and implementation of new concepts for manufacturer and dealerships.
• Project management.
• Coach the coach/ Train the trainer.
1 Requirements concerning the market supervisor
Branch experience as consultant, coach or former professional activities in retail or wholesale of a car manufacturer.
Experience in the corresponding national culture. National language and German or English, business fluent. Preferring locals.
Comprehensive and verifiable competencies concerning consultancy and coaching.
90 - 100 % availability for the project duration.
2 Organizational Integration
The market supervisor reports directly to the general project manager and the project office manager. He/she is supported by the responsible resident from the regional organization and a mentor from the coaching pilot.
3 Project description
On the basis of an analysis of 25 best performance service companies in different countries a coaching program was developed in order to optimize the service companies of a car manufacturer.
A pilot of this coaching program was implemented successfully in two countries.
The manufacturer decided on the basis of these experiences to implement this coaching program in 60 % of the companies in several focal markets.
The implementation is divided in four phases.

The implementation of the retail development program aftersales is supervised and secured on side.
Therefore the market supervisor qualifies country coaches and is responsible for the supervision and the quality management for the duration of 1 to 2 years. The methods were elaborated in a pilot and have already proven their effectiveness.
The market supervisors have to comcomplete an adequate part of the program in order to improve the implementation quality.
Meanwhile all the coaches from the pilot project function as mentor in case of needed clarification or support concerning the content.
