The Global Technical Support Team is responsible for providing clients and internal partners with expert level technical support on both Hardware & Software to help Circassia maintain the highest level of quality for our future growth.
In order to support these activities we are currently seeking a Product Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities of Role
Technical Support Main Tasks: Pro-actively
Perform Technical Product Support through phone and e-mail dependent on urgency
Log, archive & report all technical communications
Report and follow-up on actions and establish reports (compile system data
Perform decided Product/Process Investigations through phone & mail communications
Execute and maintain decided activities and their deadlines
Govern activities in accordance to budget limitations
Establish and maintain systems and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Work in compliance to Circassia Quality System reporting requirements
Specific / Other responsibilities will include:
Pro-actively
Develop & maintain SME level skills on Circassia products.
Tier 1-3 Contact for technical inquiries, complaints and problem resolution
Tier 1 Technical support for Circassia sales and clinical specialists
Responsible for root-cause failure analysis & investigations of Circassia products
Act in compliance with Regulatory & Company guidelines
Perform System/Issue and Data reporting with Circassia systems as a base
Manage compliance to quality system reporting requirements
In all aspects assist Circassia in promoting increase of sales
Ensure & Maintain Customer satisfaction and company reputation
Ensure and Maintain an efficient internal cooperation
Assist in Product changes and testing & Product evaluations on returned items
Support Global Teams with product maintenance
Specific authorities within the Role
Decide on product warranty actions in accordance to Circassia guidelines
Decide on product replacements in accordance to Circassia guidelines
Approve expenses in accordance with Circassia authorization limits
Qualifications and/or experience required to perform the role
At least 8 months experience or more of relevant Med.Tech/IT experience, working directly with end-users
At least 8 month or more experience with Technical Support
Knowledge of the Office 365
Highly Self Motivated and proactive trouble shooter, process oriented and able to multi-task often under pressure
Experience working with Quality systems is a merit
Excellent communication both verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish
Direct and honest in all communication and feedback
Able to perform in a consultative, collaborative and team-focused style with an ability to build strong relationships within the local business
Team oriented, shares own knowledge.
Collaborates well with others and is willing to seek help accordingly
Process and detail oriented, By the Book/By the numbers
