This is what you will do most of the time:
Ensure that sufficient and relevant data is collected for field issues before Quality Project Start Request.
Put analytical requirements on upstream organizations to enhance data collection quality.
Start to end accountability for marker issue resolution projects started within area of responsibility.
Zeek Tech intake decisions for projects within responsibility.
Be present on request in crossfunctional resolution team assigned to work on the improvement task.
Communicate resolution statuses to external customers and internal management.
Govern temporary efficiency after brake point for Zeekr Tech released issue resolutions.
Act as customer communication interface for ongoing or emerging quality improvement projects.
Are we looking for you?
Experience as a crossfunctional team leader with excellent coaching skills
High competence and knowledge within systematic problem solving for both process and product
Holistic value chain mindset and ability to secure crossfuntional involvement
Good product knowledge for areas within responsibility
Good corporate communications skills
Data driven with a target and deliverable oriented mindset
Tutoring and mentoring skills as base for supportive communication

Good ability to extract and present data according to requirements
