Do you have a strong interest in employer branding, talent communication and online recruiting? - If so, you could be our new Product Manager!YOUR NEXT CHALLENGEAs a part of our Products & Services team, you will work with a dynamic team of researchers and developers, planning and executing inspiring projects, and develop and improve our products with a client-centric approach. You will report to our Head of Research and be part of the Product Team.As Product Manager, you will:Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progressEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, Be a key stakeholder and leader in improving and developing proposals and productsBe a crucial part of the definition of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDrive the development and implementation of online questionnaires and the evaluation of companies' career channels and HR toolsEngage in data-analysis, report production and report-writingEnhance our knowledge and share it both internally as well as externally, during client deliveries and conferencesEnsure clear communication and work closely with the commercial and marketing teams to ensure alignment and excellence in everything we doWHO YOU ARETo succeed in this role, you are:A structured project manager with great operational and people skillsCurious about talent communication, employer branding and/or the HR field and will strive for becoming an expertA positive driver with start-up mentality who enjoys working cross-functionally in a flat organizational structureCurious and able to take innovative ideas and translate them to helping our teams and clients work smarterAble to have an overview while also being in details; a balance between strategic work and being very hands-onCollaborative, dynamic and able to dispatch energy among the teamAdaptable and thrive in fast moving, international environmentsGreat at communicating effectively with, and managing internal and external stakeholdersGreat at identifying potential issues and proactively formulate solutionsAnalytical and enjoy solving tasks and questions in a logical wayWe expect you to have:An academic degree in behavior science or business administration or similarProven work experience of 3-5 years in project management in the market research/consulting sectorA close-to-native level of English, both written and spoken (other languages such as German, French and Italian are an added plus)Experience with analyzing qualitative and quantitative dataExperience with client relationship managementHigh proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with project management tools PRACTICALITIES AND HOW TO APPLYFull-time position in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, Sweden.
