Business Unit Kids Marketing & Communications mission and responsibility are to develop communication solutions for all business opportunities that support recruiting new customers, drive engagement and increase shopping frequency of existing customers, while making sure our communication contributes to building the total H&M brand.

Job Description
One of our top objectives at H&M is to provide our customers with exceptional inspiration. In Kidswear, we are increasing our ambition levels in terms of developing aspirational, curated & elevated marketing & communication towards our Kids customer. We are now looking to strengthen our team with a key person to support us on this journey. If this sounds interesting, PR Strategist to H&M Business Unit Kids might be the role for you!
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Part of BU lead team and together with peer set BU Kids M&C Strategies and plans .
Set the overall BU Kids PR strategy and plans based on Brand Development PR frameworks and aligned with BU kids' goals and direction.
Participate in setting the PR Budget.
Set the planning principles for earned media and hand over to commercial operational team.
Work closely with other communication functions at BU, BD and group communication to ensure alignment.
Main contact for Group Communication if a media crisis occurs.
PR project involvement. Participate in assignment scope/brief when initiating new PR-related activity.
Analyze/follow up PR activities and ensure that tools necessary to follow up PR KPI's are developed and made available.
Proactively bring innovative new ideas and explore growth opportunities.
Collaborate with regions and take action based on the strategy to ensure qualitative output with regional variation.

Qualifications

We'd love to meet someone who has:
Extensive experience from PR agency or client side.
In-depth experience within all PR channels
Customer-centric approach and ability to deliver strong PR solutions that deliver on brand KPI's.
Great communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to have a holistic and insight-based approach to all projects.
Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
A solution-oriented mindset that enjoys making the impossible possible.
Organizational skills with high attention to detail
Capacity to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbally.

Additional information
This is a permanent fulltime position, based at our H&M Head Office in Stockholm. Starting date is 1st Jan 2024.
