An exciting opportunity has arisen within our team for a Planning Change Co-ordinator (PCC), based in Södertälje, Sweden or UK, Macclesfield



As a Planning Change Coordinator, you work with proactive and reactive issue management. You are the subject matter expert (SME) for core processes such as New product introduction (NPI), acquisition and divestment. You support different projects with scoping, training in expertise areas, perform learning reviews and coordinate more complex planning changes. An important part in the role is to build, maintain and develop relations and you work proactively on improving cross functional/site collaboration and sharing best practice.


The work is executed in a global high-paced environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with other roles. The nature of the role with a high number of contacts requires the ability to be flexible and constantly prioritize and make assessments on where time best is spent to operate effectively in the role.



Responsibilities

• Proactive and reactive complex issue resolution/ First point of contact for markets and internal sites in the event of a serious supply situation. Mange the communications in and out of GES.

• Support Establish New Supply to Customer process to enable timely NPI launches and fast and smooth acquisitions and divestments and commercialization agreements by:

• Change framework SME: Responsible for mapping a standard framework of NPIs, acquisitions and divestments.

• Providing end-user coaching and support in the beginning of change projects and suggesting process improvements based on project learnings.

• Co-ordinating planning related projects and complex planning changes

• Scoping/assessing - planning priority initiative and broader supply chain projects

• For processes and projects complete learning reviews for planning and share best practice

• Sub business process owner (BPO) accountabilities within the relevant GES Planning processes.

• Support and follow the AZ Business Planning processes.

• Proactively working on improving cross functional/site collaboration and sharing best practice


Requirements:

• 2+ years in Supply Chain Environment (Manufacturing, Planning)

• Good knowledge and high-level overview of planning processes

• Excellent communication and team working skills

• The role holder should be fluent in spoken and written English

• Commercially aware

• Globally and culturally aware

• Comfortable in defining new processes and seeking to continuously improve existing processes

• Able to rapidly adapt to a constantly changing environment


Preferred Background:

• A degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Sciences or Engineering is preferred, equivalent experience will be taken into account.

• Experience in issue management and proactive project involvement within planning.

• Commercial experience is a plus.
