The role
Are you a result oriented recruitment and HR professional? MAJORITY is now looking for a People Operations Manager, who will be part of a dynamic, multicultural and fast paced environment and report directly to the Chief People Officer.
You will be responsible for:
Running the full recruitment lifecycle from drafting the job specifications to interviewing and assessing the candidates. You will be in charge of optimizing processes and deal with internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Employer Branding together with Head of PR
Supporting internal HR processes to ensure high engagement and performance culture.
Being a point of reference for the organization, acting as a business partner for the internal client
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the tech industry.
Knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter
Experience in assessment and talent management.
High level communication skills
Personal Skills
Fast learner, dedicated and engaged, willing to grow within the Majority family
Details oriented, passionate about quality, with extremely high standards for delivery.
