Employees experience feedback Loop: Proactively collect and organize user feedback on our HR systems. Help identify common challenges or suggestions for improvement and report these findings to the P&C team to help enhance the employee experience.
Functional system expertise: Develop and maintain strong functional knowledge of our P&C systems to better support HR processes like performance management, learning, and engagement surveys.
