Payroll Partner
In this role, you will be responsible for the payroll process in all our European entities - from supporting our colleagues with time reporting, delivering our payroll office information they need, to supporting the Finance department with documents for accounting. You will also help to continuously develop our processes and routines.
Your days will be filled with
Collecting payroll input and reporting to outsourced payroll offices
Support employees and other internal parties with payroll related questions
Administration of insurance, pension, and other benefits
Managing expenses and various reporting to authorities
Accounting and reconciliation of payroll accounts during monthly closing
We are looking for someone who
Have a couple of years' experience within payroll administration
Has a degree in finance, payroll or similar
Is fluent in English and Swedish
Have excellent Excel skills
To be successful in this role we want you to be passionate about payroll and proud of your work. We also believe you are a people person with great communication skills since you will be an important person to deliver great service to the organization. As our new Payroll Partner, you will play an important role of continuously develop our payroll function ahead, therefore we believe you are a true problem solver that look for opportunities to make processes and routines improve.
To sum it all up, you're great at handling payroll questions and together with your team make sure that the whole payroll process is running like clockwork!

You will be part of the payroll team that is included in the Global People & Growth team. You will report to Compensation & Benefit Partner Milena Pfeifer and located in our headquarter in Stockholm with a 60/40 flexible setting. Our team and all Tobians characterize a bunch of people with a diverse background, so we hope you enjoy working with people from all over the world.
