Summary

We are looking for a person dedicated to structure and processes but still possessing a solid business mindset. You might have spent your time previously working as a marketing assistant, coordinator or assistant project manager. The role entails no staff responsibility and the person you will answer directly to is the Head of Partner Sales. Organisationally you belong to the Partner Sales Team that conducts internal and external activities related to partner sales, in order to drive revenue and help the APSIS sales organisation to generate revenue.

Work Description

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Drive structure and engagement in the partner enablement program - from on-boarding a new partner to developing their skill set through the trainings that we have available
• Drive and follow-up projects with regards to the partner sales process and data quality in APSIS' CRM, in close co-operation with Head of Commercial Operations and Head of Partner Sales
• On the Partner Sales Team's behalf, interface with the APSIS marketing department regarding partner events and partner-related content
• Support the Partner Sales Team day-to-day with regards to partner enablement, CRM, agreements and marketing activities
• Be in contact with partners, especially in the South of Sweden, regarding questions about partnership, the APSIS partner value proposition, as well as help qualify potential partnerships, with the business value for APSIS and the partner in mind

Requirements

• 2+ years experience of marketing coordination, or working in projects within a sales-driven organisation
• An understanding of B2B sales and key metrics
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise independently
• Strong coordination skills
• You are fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• University or other post-secondary school education

Bonus points for

• Experience from partner management, building successful relationships and generating revenue from partners/channel sales is a big plus
• Knowledge and/or experience of digital marketing will also be considered a big plus
