Partner Channel Marketing Manager (Recruit Lead)

This is one of the most strategic areas in our customers' organization. With the largest partner ecosystem in the industry, our customer is looking to increase their business even further, by recruiting new and innovative partner practices.

You will work in perhaps the most innovative IT-company in the world and we are looking for you with the following experience:

• Digital Marketing (B2B preferred): Crafting and delivering impactful messages, to identify, engage, and qualify B2B leads
• Project Management: Ability to organize various types of events, and manage campaigns, motions and projects
• Great with Partners: Ability to speak with partners in person/on the phone, public speaking in person and online

You have 1-3 years' experience with B2B digital marketing, partner engagements, or other relevant experience. Experience from the IT industry is an advantage. You are a self-starter, capable of defining and building your own workflows and relationships without direct guidance. If you see yourself as a fast learner, able to quickly learn and understand complex organizations, tools, products and business models in the IT industry you are perfect for the role. Last and most important you have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI targets, reporting results, and tight deadlines.

You will spend your times in three areas:
1. Owning and executing Digital recruit campaigns and strategy
2. Event Preparation and Management
3. Collaborating and aligning with internal stakeholders and external agencies

Following this role, the right candidate should be ready to become either a Partner Development Manager, or Partner Marketing Advisor. This is NOT a sales role, it's for someone interested in business development who can relate to partners and setup opportunities for partners to meet, learn, and succeed.

The temp position as Partner Channel Marketing Manager has an end date, the 30th of June 2019 but with an option to extend. The position is going to be based at our clients' Swedish office in Kista.
