About the jobIn this role you are responsible for Operations Development and ALPS & Quality within the Parts, Distribution and Logistics function. You will actively manage and drive projects and programs by yourself and with your team to increase customer value and optimize our performance by improving sustainability, delivery, quality and cost. You will be part of the PDL management team and participate in the continuous development and execution of our strategy to fulfill our ambition of delivering a superior customer experience.You are placed at our HQ in Lund, Sweden and will report to Per Sandberg, Vice President Operations Parts, Distribution and LogisticsWhat you knowTo succeed in this this role we see the that you have several years of experience from working in a Supply Chain environment with a proven track record of driving successful change and improvements in logistic flows, processes and structures. We expect that you have knowledge and understanding of IT as an enabler for business performance and view digitalization as a natural next step. Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must.
