• Knowledge of IKEA's organizational setup and strategic landscape.

What you'll be doing day to day
About the Role
As a Operations Development Leader, you will transform our organization. You will oversee the process of finding, checking, and selecting improvements. Your knowledge will assist us in building a culture of continuous improvements, where every team member is empowered to contribute to our growth.
• Identify and understand market needs to highlight key improvement areas and initiate updates or revisions of improvements.
• Engage stakeholders regularly to identify areas of improvements and establish goals.
• Contribute for a culture change, promote and support the adoption of mindset and new ways of working within the organization.
• Support the CoE, Functions and Markets in adopting new methods of working by providing guidance, methods, and tools to ensure improvements are developed and implemented in a simple and systematic way.
• Responsible to update and maintain communication channels (Sharepoint, Viva Engage, etc...) and other support material for "Continuous improvements", ensure they are accessible to markets and global colleagues.
• Create, enhance, and roll out tools to aid continuous improvement efforts. Enhance efficiency and deliver necessary content to secure adoption and effective use.
• Maintain effective relationships with the CoE and markets team to ensure alignment and support.
• Monitor, consolidate, and communicate overall results on content, market implementation, and business impact follow-up of improvement initiatives.
• Create and promote an open and sharing environment among Area Managers Markets through Area Managers, while implementing Continuous improvements solutions.
• Support the positioning of "Continuous improvements" in communication and events.
• Secure the sharing of Continuous improvements identified in the Market Operations Transformation process across all countries.
