Who you are
About the jobWe are looking for an Online Analytics Manager to join our global Online Communications team based in Lund. The key goal of this position is to make effective use of data from our digital ecosystem including our global web estate, social media channels and marketing systems. Your goal will be to help our central business units and local sales offices use data to drive high performance and quality. In this role you will implement tools and strategies to translate data into valuable business insights, improving our customer experience in the online universe.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources for all key online channels
Configure and implement analytics solutions
Extract and develop reports from multiple sources (Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, web surveys, Social Media)
Build reports to transform data into actionable business insights and to improve performance and content of Alfa Laval's online channels
What you knowWe expect you to have strong logical data skills and business intelligence combined with the ability to communicate data effectively to a wide range of stakeholders. If you have solid 3-5 years' experience in a similar Analytics Manager or Data Scientist role with a focus on web development with Google Analytics, we'd like to meet you.
You should have experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CMS systems and digital marketing analytics and be skilled in Excel and data visualisation tools to generate easy to understand reports.
Strong analytical and communication skills combined with problem-solving abilities and an attention to detail will be needed. A Bachelor in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics or a related field is preferred with digital marketing, social media or related programs being a plus. You should be fluent in both speaking and writing English.
