On behalf of our client's need we are currently looking for an Onboarding Specialist for an assignment that will last until the end of July 2024. In the position as Onboarding Specialist you are going to host the company's digital onboarding programs, become super user for their internal onboarding system but also work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure and develop the best onboarding process for new colleagues.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Work tasks
• Host digital onboarding programs every week
• One direct reports, support several onboarding coordinators on each site
• Become super user for their internal onboarding system
• Participate in and drive development projects and improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure the best onboarding process
• Measure success and process quality
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or similar
• Experience working with onboarding/training or managing projects within HR or operations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficient presentation skills
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic team environment
It is meritorious if you have
• Experience working with startup and growth company
