hela Sverige Concept Manager is facilitator for designing a high level statement of the value created within a specific concept. It means packaging of the products and services, that will build profitable relationships with target customers. Requires active participation in prioritizing development activities and innovation. Ensures the customer centric development of a concept cross the TxB, and in line with overall one of the biggest banks in Swedens ambitions.
Your responsibilities
• Coordinate market assessment to identify new proposition opportunities. Represent the voice of the market and the customer based on relevant industry research and competitive analysis enabling creation of attractive value propositions
• Craft and coordinate the commercialisation strategies to realise business goals on revenue, user acquisition and profitability
• Act as the glue between the customer and our internal stakeholders within Sales, Product development and Marketing within TxB, and securing alignment towards our CRU 's
• Analyze proposition performance together with our Commercial Intelligence team, synthesise customer feedback and advocate improvements

Additional skills
• Minimum 3+ years of experience of driving commercial innovation and coordinating multiple stakeholders towards a joint goal
• Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills, and a great ability to collaborate across teams
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language
• Structured approach to work, with an ability to prioritize tasks, create roadmaps, multitask and get things done
• Self-starter who takes initiative, do the unconventional and execute
• Masters degree
