Unilever Nordic is looking for a Supply Chain Reporting Specialist with strong Excel skills, a role in the Nordic Supply Chain Development Team. The position is located in our office in Solna.
Purpose of the role:
The Nordic Supply Chain Development Team is an important part of the Nordic Supply Chain organisation. The objective of the team is to be an active partner to develop, implement new solutions and provide support to continuously improve the processes and tools across the Supply Chain to support our business agenda.
Key responsibilities:
Provide high quality reports that support the business agenda and ensure they are communicated and visible throughout the organisation.
Drive the development in the Supply Chain reporting area in a changing environment.
Represent the Unilever Nordic business in the European forum that leads and drives the Customer Service reporting in Europe.
Lead and coordinate a key user network to ensure that the Nordic Supply Chain Team maintains and develops a high level of knowledge re. customer service reporting processes.
Act as the link towards the European organisation to ensure that development impacting Nordic business is effectively communicated and evaluated.
Lead and actively participate in development projects - a key part of the role as well as to support the resolution of issues.
Work cross-functionally to improve process and system awareness within the organisation.
Develop and ensure that our SC Sharepoint portal grows to be our key communication tool and that we exploit the opportunities of Sharepoint for communication and information sharing.
Who are we looking for?
As a person you have strong analytical skills and process understanding combined with excellent communication skills as the position requires you to work cross-functionally in both a Nordic and European environment. You have a strong commitment to deliver quality reporting and take ownership of your projects.
As a background you have a degree in Information Management or Economics and you have proven Excel skills. We see as a strong advantage if you have 1-2 years of experience working with a reporting system (for example SAP BW) as well as Supply Chain process understanding. A key part of the job will be to drive development projects therefore experience in problem based solving methods and project management is highly desirable.
We also see it as an advantage if you have experience of working with Microsoft Sharepoint.
Since the scope of the role is Nordic and you will be an active member of a European network, fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.

• Are good at troubleshooting problems while keeping the long-term implications in mind

• Are self-propelled with solid project management and organizational skill
