The Nordic Customer Intelligence & Analytic team is responsible to drive strategic analyzes, build and manage intelligence from the Nordic potential- and segmentation model and create models within Commercial Excellence.
As part of the team, you will conduct analyses and lead development activities. The job is based in Solna
Your role is to analyze and create accurate view of customers to enable us to best acquire and retain customers. Your area of responsibilities includes developing, analyze and constantly refine on-boarding, new customer acquisition and retention initiatives. Your responsibilities will span from predictive analyses, develop automated and data-driven strategies to projects within the areas of customer analytics.
You have what it takes
You have a deep understanding of analytics and supporting system (e.g. Google Analytics, SAS, Power Pivot) and experience of digital channels, (e.g. Online and app analytics), ecosystem around eCommerce and B2B CRM Marketing. You have a deep analytic capability and can analyze results and trends. You also promote and take rapid action response on the experience with large scale customer behavior analytics and have good skills in making presentations in power Point.
You have an outgoing personality with communication skills to gain credibility in the organization, in order to drive change. You can identify critical success factors, define required actions and execute in a timely manner. You are a team player, but can also drive projects.
