Our client is a global marketing and communications company. It is one of the 20 largest advertising agencies in the world. The company offers marketing communications services including advertising, public relations, sports marketing, exhibition and display production, as well as the production of large-scale performance events. They are now looking for a Nordic Account Manager based in Stockholm, Sweden.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be open and responsive, friendly and positive, organised and strategic. We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in social media marketing and project management as well as advertising agency experience in a client facing position.
Key responsibilities:
• Stakeholder management: o Partner with Nordic Online Marketing Manager and Social Media Director to align European and country-block strategy o Act as key point of contact for local client Product Teams o Coach and inspire Online Editors in Nordic content and campaign delivery
• Social media strategy: o Devise Nordic level product launch strategy and execution o Take local market and European level analysis to inform strategies, long term and short term campaigns
• Campaign execution: o Support local teams in campaign execution o Manage social media spend and media house budgets with Nordic Online Marketing Manager sign off o Oversee localisation of global assets
• Reporting and insights: o Measure campaign successes against agreed objectives and KPIs o Take local market reports to adapt and share at European level
• Administrative responsibilities: o Report monthly activities to Regional Social Media Director
You will need:
• Minimum total work experience of 5 years
• Social media marketing experience of 3-5 years
• Strategic digital marketing experience
• Account and project management experience
• Agency experience in client facing position
• Supervisory experience
• Undergraduate degree (preferably in communications, marketing, PR or journalism)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to build/maintain third party relationships
• Passion for consumer electrics (preferred)
• Knowledge of digital/social media
• Ability to work at our local client’s office during the early stages of the programme (first 3 months)
