CCO (Chief Cultural Officer)
Job Description:
NA-KD, a global online fashion company and one of the top 20 fastest growing companies in Europe, is currently looking for a CCO to join our executive team and represent NA-KD in the public stage. NA-KD has an annual revenue run rate of over $70 million, with millions of page views everyday and shipping to over 130 countries per month. NA-KD currently receives over 300 application for recruitment per month.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership and operational management of all human capital management initiatives. The CCO will design and implement a people agenda and talent management structure to attract, engage and retain a high-performing, collaborative workforce. The successful candidate will be a progressive and courageous leader who can drive transformative initiatives as the business, industry, and talent base evolve.
Responsibilities:
Build and lead a world-class, innovative HR function that supports and serves the entire enterprise.
Operates as a senior business leader with insights and contributions to the company's overall employee service strategy, priorities and future direction
Be a counselor, coach and strategic advisor on all human capital matters and their impact on strategic and cultural objectives for the business.
Lead full range of human capital functions including:
organizational design, talent acquisition, development, performance management, team member relations, compensation & benefits, HR information systems, succession management
leading the culture and hospitality programs, and corporate office facility and administrative services.
Formulate and implement labor relations strategy, programs, company policies and objectives.
Plan and oversee the design and development of the corporate office facility and administrative services.
Serve as a champion for NA-KD's culture and core values to promote exceptional business performance.
Initiate honest/critical conversations about company culture. Steward the company culture by different initiatives
Act as the voice and senior-level advocate for all team members to the CEO and executive team
Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Skills:
5+ years of direct experience managing all HR disciplines, including organizational development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, HR management, social science or related field of study.
Experience building and scaling HR systems, programs, and processes.
Good knowledge of employment and labor laws.
Prior experience driving cultural change and creation.
Personal Skills:
Possesses strong business acumen and ability to quickly link strategic management initiatives to potential HR implications.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Comfortable using data to make decisions.
Must be a proactive, open, and direct communicator who engages comfortably and credibly with all levels of the organization.
High personal influencing and negotiation skills. Strong leadership maturity and ability to lead through others.
Provides a balance of high IQ with high EQ.
