This leadership role is part of Enterprise Application Division and belongs to the Program Management Office of the global SAP program.

As Method and Process Framework Owner you are part of the divisions' PMO and work closely with service and functional areas within the program, as well as with close cooperation with H&M Global IT Central Governance.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Method and Process Framework Owner comes with lots of responsibility ? and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

• Work closely with H&M Global IT Central Governance and ensure that central strategic principles are aligned in division's processes and methods. At the same time contribute to develop Central process frameworks based on experiences from division?s programs and its implementation of ERP systems
• Initiate improvement areas within the division with regards of processes and way of working and making sure it become consistent
• Manage or support projects and initiatives from division governance or method forum meetings
• Lead development of the division/program?s process frameworks for i.e. Application Development, Roll Out & Maintenance
• Run Method coordination forum meetings
• Prepare and hold training sessions in ways of working for the program

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:

• 5 years of experience from project, roll out and/or maintenance management
• Passion for continuous improvement and for initiating changes and driving them to completion
• Have enhanced knowledge of development methods and is how to communicate this knowledge in a pedagogical way
• Have knowledge of implementation of ERP systems (preferable SAP)
• Have excellent training skills with the ability to get the listeners to learn the subject and increase their interest
• You are good at Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Preferable

• Have general knowledge in document and issue handling systems (like Sharepoint, JIRA)
