The Patient and Post-Acute Care business category is responsible for a portfolio with current annual turnover exceeding 7 Billion SEK. We want to be the globally leading provider of healthcare solutions for people affected by reduced mobility within both Acute and Post-Acute care segments. Our products and solutions are sold worldwide and our organization is currently based in Europe, North America and Asia.
The position
In this position you will be part of the Customer Experience and Digital Marketing team within the Patient and Post-Acute Care (PPAC) business category. You will be overall responsible for developing a portfolio of product and solution training materials that will be deployed globally through our network of product and solution trainers. Your work will secure regulatory compliance of our salesforce as well as enable superior customer experience and portfolio sales by enhancing the skills of our global salesforce.
Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Liaise with Solution Managers and Go-to-market managers to develop product and solution training materials (physical and digital)
• Manage the portfolio of training materials for the PPAC category ensuring continuous regulatory compliance
• Support the development of service training packages for global deployment
• Manage vendors related to training materials development (e-learning vendors, content vendors as well as potentially translation vendors)
• Project management of training material development
• Supporting other marketing managers on project basis with marketing projects across the category
The position is ideally based in Malmö Sweden but the right candidate can potentially be based in San Antonio, TX or Houghton Regis, UK. Since you will have a global scope, you should expect international travel, average up to 20% on an annual basis.
The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have experience with marketing in the medtech industry or other regulated industries. You have worked extensively with training or documentation development within a global marketing function and are proficient in one or more e-learning platforms.
Some of your key characteristics include:
• Solid experience developing training solutions for use internationally in a regulated industry
• Excellent communicator who has the ability to structure solution training materials in a way that delivers compliance messages clearly but in a compelling and relevant way - and to do this on a global scale within a train-the-trainer Academy structure
• Practical experience working with e-learning platforms and excellent project management skills
• Fluent in English (written) and ability to communicate professionally and concisely
• Versatile experience - able to understand multiple stakeholder perspectives, from clinical and caregiver perspective to health-economics and scientific stakeholders
As a person you are highly independent and work in a disciplined and outcome oriented manner. You have a keen eye for details but do not compromise on commitments and project deliverables. You work well in a global environment with many various stakeholders and are able to keep focus on the essential in projects. And finally - you enjoy working with people!
