As a Manufacturing Associate at Enerpoly, you will support in cell production to improve quality, consistency, and overall equipment effectiveness. You are dedicated and willing to learn Enerpoly's cell manufacturing processes in detail and continuously drive towards improvements in efficiency and quality. You are used to working in manufacturing environments and implementing Lean principles to reduce variations in process steps.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Control and monitoring of machines, handling of material and contributing towards improvements of the line
• Work proactively with the production team, support in manufacturing processes and plan for future delivery of products
• Perform risk analysis and implement routines for safety
• Support managers and colleagues in creating a good working environment through inclusion, motivation, engagement, creativity, good communication and high ambitions
• Design and validate reliable processes for scaling up battery cell production
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years' experience from industrial manufacturing such as batteries, electronics, chemicals, etc.
• Experience from handling machines, electrical components and materials
• Technical interest and curiosity about working within production
• Successful track record of leading improvements
• Accuracy, high work ethic, critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written English language skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the battery industry
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Startup and growth company experience
