Could you be the full-time Managers Repairs in Västerås we're looking for?
Your future role
Get on-board and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll report to Lena Boqvist (Head of Central Order Desk and Traction Parts), and work alongside collaborative and driven teammates. You'll specifically lead the team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repair tasks throughout the order process and according to Alstom processes.
We'll look to you for:
Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing strategies for process optimization to enhance repair workflows and reduce turnaround times.
Team Leadership: Managing personnel, providing relevant training and development opportunities including promoting a teamwork-oriented environment.
Customer and Supplier Interaction: Engaging with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and interact with suppliers to improve overall supply chain related process.
Budget and Resource Management: Overseeing budgets, managing costs and ensuring optimal use of resources in repair workflow.
Performance Metrics: Monitoring KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Supply Chain or equivalent experience
Strong background in Supply Chain activities and projects
Leadership skills
Background in monitoring KPIs and working with process improvements
SAP knowledge is desirable
Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English
