As a Management Trainee, you will be an important part of making this happen.
As a management trainee
You will work in close co-operation with our CEO or a member of the management team for 12 months where you gain great insight in their daily work. This year we are looking for trainees for the following leaders:
* CEO/CFO
* CMO Consumer
* CMO Business
* CIO
* CTO
* CCO
As a Trainee you will get a unique opportunity to learn about our business challenges and leadership while still being involved in operational projects. As a trainee, you will be exposed to key stakeholders in the company and participate in a wide range of interesting activities where you can make an impact. You will set your own direction and grow professionally through daily challenges.

To be successful in the trainee role you need to have an interest in getting to know our industry and be ready to join the digital transformation we are in. Openness to change is a requirement in our fast-paced environment. We expect you to be curious. We expect you to take initiative. And we expect you to be humble in your ways, but strong enough to challenge us when needed. We would also like to see that you have the following background
* Master's degree
* Newly graduated or up to (but not more than) 2 years' work experience post-graduation
* Experience from studies or work abroad
* Experience from relevant internships or summer jobs
* Experience from leading initiatives/projects during your studies
* Very good English skills (both oral and written)

* Week 3: screening phase (online assessment with ability tests)
* Week 3 and 4: First round interviews (qualifications and motivation)
* Week 4 to 6: Second round interviews (competency based interviews)
* February 15th: Assessment Center at Telenor in Stockholm
